Mosso Hydro - client

MossHydro is known for high quality – entirely produced at CNC Manufacturing

MossHydro AS develops, manufactures and sells water purification systems with automatic pressure filters for aquaculture, ballast water, drinking water and industrial applications. Their products are made entirely at CNC Manufacturing.

The company is based in Drammen, with the Drammensfjord and the harbor as its nearest neighbour. This gives quick access to test facilities, and has meant that MossHydro can rightly claim that they offer the market’s best water purification systems with automatic pressure filters. At CNC Manufacturing, we are proud to be a contributor to their success.

MossHydro has nine employees and an annual turnover of NOK 20-35 million.

Contributes to streamlining MossHydro's portfolio

– MossHydro has chosen CNC Manufacturing AB as contract manufacturer because this company has a high level of expertise in welding and production of pressure vessels. CNC Manufacturing has contributed to streamlining MossHydro’s portfolio of pressure filters, says Kristian Holmen, CEO of MossHydro.

For several years, we have participated in several of MossHydro’s development projects. This has, among other things, resulted in a unique production method for compact filtration elements in acid-resistant steel.

– We feel that CNC Manufacturing has good capacity and expertise in machining. That is why MossHydro produces all the components for our products at CNC Manufacturing, adds Holmen.

Requires a high level of expertise

MossHydro’s products are known in the market for being of high quality and are produced in their entirety by CNC Manufacturing. This includes part production, assembly and functional testing.

MossHydro uses all of OSO’s expertise in machining, cutting, welding and assembly, and requires a high level of expertise in tough materials such as Duplex. For a full 10 years, the company, together with CNC Manufacturing’s technical specialists, has developed and further developed several products.
