Expansion of the business through the acquisition of Niclas Uhrbom Mekaniska AB. Merger with Linders All svets och Montage AB. New owners Artech.
OSO Hotwater Group AS acquires the business, and re-names the company OSO Manufacturing AB.
Expanding into manufacturing of stainless-steel water heaters from 600 – 15,000 liters in the OSO Group, as well as marine, offshore and custom tanks.
Operations are split into CNC Manufacturing AB (machining services) and OSO Hotwater AB (stainless tank manufacturing.)
CNC Manufacturing AB is acquired by former owners of OSO Group, Sigurd & Christoffer Braathen, after divesting OSO Group to LG Electronics Inc.

A new business area for CNC, the Nordic Defense industry is expected to grow rapidly in the years to come. CNC offers strong Nordic ownership, competent staff, operational excellence and major investment capacity, available on short notice.
When venturing into the automotive industry through our partnership with SEM AB, CNC Manufacturing made a dedicated investment of 30 million SEK to provide the precision, quality and capacity demanded by the customer. Working according to IATF 16949 (not officially certified) and with in-house induction hardening capabilities, we stand ready to on-board new partners in the automotive industry.
Thanks to our heavy-duty capabilities, we can offer machining services for large parts commonly used in pulp & paper processing equipment. CNC is prood to have supplied leading brands for decades in the industry.
